Have not worked with a better person in some time. Amy recently worked with me selling my late mothers house in Massachusetts, even though I reside in Florida. She helped in so many ways , kept in touch, conducted follow ups and did everything she and I had discussed to make this transaction so easy it was like I was right there meeting with her. My wife Samara was referred to Amy Bisson and she came to our townhouse to meet us in May of ‘22. We loved Amy right away. She was very well prepared, thorough and professional. What really won us over was her personality, as she was very easy going and quite funny. She put a game plan in place and sold our townhouse in no time flat, for $21k over asking price. We had a few offers and Amy had the wherewithal to know exactly which buyer was best positioned to ensure a successful transaction, contingent upon us finding suitable housing over the next 90 days. Amy negotiated all of that and over the 9 weeks that followed she showed us about 20 properties. It was an emotional roller coaster at times, as we were under agreement twice and had those deals fall through, while also getting outbid on a few properties.
